1. Who operates Meow Puzzle

Lopeka Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates Meow Puzzle (Android package: com.meowpuzzle.game). This policy explains the game's local storage, optional advertising, and support communications.

2. Game data stored on your device

Progress, puzzle attempts, elapsed time, mistakes, earned rewards, cosmetic ownership, daily puzzle history, and sound, haptics and language preferences are saved locally using browser storage and, in the native app, platform preferences. The game does not provide a player account, chat, user uploads, or our own cloud save service. The game does not send these save files to a Lopeka game server. Your operating system may back up app data according to your device and account settings.

3. Optional rewarded ads and Google services

The native app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You choose whether to watch an ad for a stated in-game reward. Network access is required for ads; an unavailable or unfinished ad does not grant the reward. The game itself does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Google's advertising SDK can process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and app identifiers subject to platform and child-directed restrictions, app/ad interactions such as impressions and clicks, and diagnostic and performance information. Processing supports ad delivery and measurement, security and fraud prevention. These data are processed by Google and its advertising service infrastructure; locally stored game progress is separate. The exact data depend on SDK configuration, operating system restrictions and available identifiers. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.

Our current configuration treats all ad requests as child-directed and under the age of consent, requests non-personalized ads, and requests general-audience (G) ad content. It does not request interest-based ads or an iOS App Tracking Transparency authorization. These settings restrict advertising; they do not mean that an advertising SDK collects no data. UMP checks whether ads can be requested and exposes privacy choices when Google requires them.

Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. The browser version of the game does not request AdMob ads. When this policy is read on a hosted website, the hosting service processes normal network request information to deliver the page.

4. Children and families

The game is intended for a mixed audience, including children. It does not ask players to provide names, email addresses, dates of birth, photos, messages or precise location during gameplay. We apply the child-directed advertising restrictions described above to all players. Parents or guardians can contact help@lopeka.com about their child's privacy. If a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and delete it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5. Support and purposes of processing

If you email help@lopeka.com, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the reported issue, and protect the service. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal information. Support correspondence is handled through our email service provider.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process support correspondence to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe, functioning service. Processing that legally requires consent is subject to that requirement. Advertising settings and UMP status are not a substitute for a legal basis.

6. Retention, deletion and choices

Local progress remains until it is reset or app data is removed. Settings → Reset progress resets the game's save data; it does not erase Google's records or operating-system backups. Your device settings let you remove app storage and manage backup and advertising preferences. Native Settings → Ad privacy choices opens Google's privacy options when required; those options may not be required with the current under-age setting.

We keep support messages for the period needed to handle the request and any applicable security, dispute or legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing help@lopeka.com. Google determines retention for data it processes under its policies. We do not promise that clearing the game's storage deletes third-party data.

7. Sharing, security and international processing

Advertising and support involve the service providers described above. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Advertising SDK network data is transmitted using encryption in transit; we use appropriate access controls for support information. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact help@lopeka.com or write to Lopeka Labs, LLC at the address above. We will review your request under applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify it. We cannot identify or remotely retrieve a device-local save through a player account because the game has no such account.

9. Changes

We will update this policy and its effective date when the game's data practices change. Material changes requiring a notice or consent will be handled as applicable law requires.
